Pristupanjem platformi Native Media i korišćenjem bilo kog tipa usluga, prihvatate da ćete poštovati uslove koje smo doneli. 2.4 Obaveštenje i uklanjanje. Native Media ne kontroliše sadržaj na svojoj mreži, ali zahteva od naših oglašivača da se pridržavaju naših smernica i pravila. II) Nakon potvrde o prijemu, Native Media će započeti istragu radi preispitivanju valjanosti i verodostojnosti žalbe. Ako Native Media utvrdi na početku istrage da žalba može biti validna, Native Media može privremeno ( do kraja ispitivanja) ukloniti određenu kampanju sa svoje platforme.

III) Native Media se može obratiti relevantnom oglašivaču koji je odgovoran za sadržaj. Tako će oglašivač biti obavešten da je na njihov sadržaj poslata žalba, kao i pod kojim osnovama . Dobiće mejl adresu podnosioca žalbe ne bi li dve strane rešile problem brzo i prijateljski na zadovoljstvo obe strane.

IV) Nakon završetka istrage Native media može dozvoliti oglašivaču da nastavi da prikazuje nepromenjeni sadržaj ili dozvoliti oglašivaču da nastavi da prikazuje sadržaj sa izmenama ili pak trajno ukloni sadržaj sa Native media platforme ( obično u roku od 48 sati).

3. Politika privatnosti i politika kolačića; Ostali uslovi

Vašom upotrebom veb lokacije www.nativemedia.rs ili usluge Native Media platgorme, uređuje se politika privatnosti. Korišćenjem veb lokacije ili usluga vi prihvatate sve navedene uslove. Pored toga, Native Media može koristiti kolačiće i druge automatizovana sredstva za prikupljanje podataka.

4. Neprihvatanje garancija i ograničenje odgovornosti

II) Following confirmation of receipt, Native Media will commence an investigation to access the validity and plausibility of the complaint. If Native Media determines that the initial complain may be valid pending further investigation, Native Media may temporarily suspend or remove a particular campaign from its network.

If Native Media does so, the advertiser will be notified that their content is subject to a complaint, under what grounds and will be encouraged to address the complaints concerned.
