My ads do not appear on my website! What do I do?

If ads aren’t appearing on your site, first make sure you’ve entered the code from your Ad Nativia profile correctly.

If you are 100% sure that you have done the whole procedure correctly, contact us by email [email protected]. Please provide us with the following information in the message:

• Which internet browser do you use.
• Which device you are working on and which operating system you have.
• From which country you are trying to see ads.
• Where and when you set the codes.
• Have you made any changes to the code.
• When the ads stopped running and whether they were running at all.
